It is like a snapshot in time. It helps you understand where you are now so you can make a plan to get where you want to go. Available in our membership.
Lifestyle profiling is a tool we have used for years to holistically understand international-level athletes. Badminton is what we want to improve, but we all have to admit that our development is influenced by everything outside of badminton as well (friends and family, work and school, injuries and many more).
We developed Lifestyle profiling to give you the first overview of your current situation. It is unique, individual, and only applicable to you.
Lifestyle profiling aims to make you aware of all areas linked to your badminton development and identify the weakest ones.
Once this is done, you can zoom into any area you wish and gain deeper and more meaningful insights into it.
